Galaxy G7000s - Overheat Increase Flow fault

Hi, when I turn the power control knob to 0 (turn off the shower), the 'overheat increase flow' light comes on and the shower head starts to spurt out water. I have to pull the isolation switch cord to turn off the power going to the electric shower. Any ideas, what the issue could be?

I think a micro switch is stuck in the on position, this iskeeping one of the elements energised after you have switched off the showerwill keep heating and perhaps boil off some of the water inside, until theThermal Cur Out (TCO) cuts the power off to the elements, when the shower coolsdown the TCO will allow the power back to the elements and the whole process startsagain.

You will have to trace which switch is causing the problemand replace it. (On some showers the switch is part of a sub assembly thereforethe complete assembly will need replaced)

Until you get the switch replaced switch the shower on andoff using the isolator switch (pull cord)
