alternating hot and cold Galaxy G80000S

Whilst using the shower the water runs very hot and very cold and is not consistent

Check that the shower hose is not kinked or collapsed internally and the shower head is clear.
Check that incoming mains water stopcock and any isolation valve in feed to shower are fully open.
Check with your supplier if there has been any reduction in water flow or pressure.
Check that gauze filter in inlet to solenoid valve is clear.
If all above are ok then it is likely to be the flow valve at fault , replacement can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.

The shower sounds like it having a problem with the flow rate. If there isn't enough water passing through the shower, it will overheat, causing the Thermal cut out switch to activate which will then give you the cold water effect.
Check that the stop tap to the shower is fully opened and also check that the inlet filter at the solenoid valve is clean too.

If these checks are okay, then it sounds like a fault with the Flow valve.
