Hi Do you have a direct replacement for the above unit please that will pick up on the existing cold water inlet and 240volts feed cable?

I am afraid that there is no direct replacement, the easiest changeover is the Triton T80Z they are on the right and side of the page below

If you look below the main image of the t80z's there is an image showing the internals and the connection points.
