water running out at the bottom of the shower by the hose and has now cut out the electric

The pressure relief device has activated and needs to be replaced and has almost certainly damaged the solenoid valve due to water hitting it , both parts can be ordered online via the link below. Check that the shower hose is not kinked or collapsed internally and the head is clear as these are possible reasons for the prd to activate.
