Galaxy G9000S will not switch off

Shower does not switch off when the off/on switch is pressed. Using the ceiling 'pull' switch to operate until the solution is found! The water flow stops immediately when the pull switch is operated!

Anyone any ideas - could this be a microswitch problem, if so how do you check if a m/s is working ok?

I think the on/off switch is faulty and it is stuck in the on position

Here is the link to the switch
