Neptune Solo Electric Shower fault

Cold water is constantly flowing from the shower head even when the on/off knob is in the off position the only way to stop it is to switch the unit off via the pull switch. Thinking it might be the Solenoid valve assembly would that be a correct guess?

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.

So in your case I think you have a micro switch stuck in the on position
