Trident Galaxy Solenoid Valve Ass. When I requested a replacement part I was not expecting it to be on my door step in 12 Hrs time as was the case with The Shower Doctor brilliant service! The solenoid was the correct part for the shower which I was called to repair, complete with "o" rings. Unfortunately there was other things wrong with the shower which put the overall cost of repair beyond my clients expectations as they decided to have a compete replacement shower. I simply returned the Solenoid for a full refund. There were no quibble or questions. I am an old time travelling Journeyman Plumber and have spent a long time waiting for such a good service!... My client thought I was kidding when I turned up the next day with the part. And to even think that you get help to identify the fault is amazing!
