This question is regarding Galaxy MX Uno/Duo Power, Flow Knob and O-ring Pack - SG06126

MX Duo LXi

I have an MX Duo LXi shower on which the larger knob has broken off (not by me, by my daughter being heavy handed I think!). Will it be easy enough for me to replace them if I order from you? I have watched your video and it does seem easy enough but I'm wondering if the knob has sheared off whether it is as easy as it looks.

My shower model no is 170330G.

The serial no is 31 D706408.

You should find this a fairly straight forward job andthere shouldn’t be anything broken inside.
