Galaxy Mystique Deluxe 9.5KW Shower

I am looking to fit the shower and have removed the top and bottom front cover screws. However the front does not want to separate from the main body. Am I missing something here and I would appreciate your advice.

Sometimes can be a bit sticky but usually not a problem.

Set the knobs to the 12 'O clock position lay the unit on a table get someone to hold the back down and try to lift of cleanly giving it a little shouggle as you pull!
