This question is regarding Galaxy Obsession Deluxe Electric Shower (2010 - Current) - Shower Spares

galaxy obsession delux 9.5KW

The water is coming out of the overflow and not out the shower head. Thonk we need a PRD where could we purchase this. Many thanks in advance.
