Not heating up

Shower not heating up properly, heats up only when you put it to no.10 but it slows the flow of water down. 18 months old is it worth mending. Thanks

Probably a faulty element which we can supply, however this shower has a two year guarantee probably the best thing would be to contact Galaxy.
