galaxy 4000 shower

Hi, water only runs cold on all settings , low flow light illuminated, tested tco and seems fine , could it be solenoid ?

If you are getting water then it is not the solenoid.

If the water is absolutely cold then test the TCO again if you are sure the TCO is OK then it is likely to be a fault with the PCB not allowing power through to the elements

Thank you . there is definately continuity across the tco terminals, with the cost of a new pcb at 79 pounds , I would prefer to replace the entire unit. Could you suggest a model from your range that would fit the same space to avoid changing pipework wiring and tiles. we have a Galaxy aqua 4000 si 8.5kw.many thanks, regards,Dennis.
