Solenoid removal

hi , my shower has now started cutting out , I have checked the OHMS on the solenoid with a meter and it showed up zero , I I tried to lower the solenoid alone but there is not enough clearance to lower it , you mentioned removal of the solenoid but I cant see how to remove it , is there any way you could explain please

You don’t mention which Galaxy shower you have.


However on some showers you need to remove the complete solenoid valve to fit a new coil.
