This question is regarding Galaxy Thermostatic Cartridge Assy. - SG06186

Cut off issue of Galaxy G2000Lx

When you switch on the shower it comes on for one - five seconds and then cuts off straight away and on repeating this exercise it still cuts out straight away. I've been advised by the manufacturer tech dept that it may be because of a fault on the solenoid or the PCB main board or others I have checked the solenoid and it reads 3.7k by multi meter, which is OK. Please advice which part can be caused the problem

I would go with the manufacturers advice!

However I would just replace the solenoid coil to start with, it is relatively cheap easy to replace and if it doesn't make any difference then you will know it's the PCB.
