This question is regarding Grohe Non-return Valves (Pair) for Concealed Thermostatic Mixers - 1411600M

HOT AND COLD WATER MIXING INSIDE

I observed that hot and cold water are making contact in the mixer, if I close the cold water supply to the mixer and release only hot water, when I switch to cold side hot water will come out and vice versa. Its like the non return valves are bad, It has been in use for about 15 years now I need Grohe Non return valve for concealed thermostatic mixers 1411600M
