Grohe 45869000 Flow On/Off Cartridge F 34966/100 (GROHE-45869000)

Hi. I have replaced the above valve. Works a treat but cannot stop the black plastic turn off/on cap from screwing right off into my hand? Appears no stop off mechanism?

There should be a screw in the centre of the handle that should prevent this from happening.
