Question about flow and this part

Hi, I have this tap fitted in a property i recently bought but the flow from it is very slow. Even after adjusting the flow pin as per the manual doesn't seem to make a difference. I wanted to check if you think that buying a new cartridge would resolve this issue? If you could let me know your thoughts that would be great. Also, would there be any possibility of returning the part if it didn't resolve the issue? Many thanks

This cartridge is used in various valves unfortunately you don't mention which valve you have however first i would check the manual and see if you have enough pressure going to the valve.

I suspect that you may have a high pressure valve connected to a low pressure system., because if you have the flow set to max then there is nothing in the valve that should cause it to reduce the flow.

There is no problem in returning a part however it needs to be returned in unused condition so that it can be sold as new.
