This question is regarding Grohe Thermostatic Cartridge with Thermo Element - 47450000

Poor flow/pressure

Hi A customers shower has started cutting the flow down after 30 seconds or so. It also pulses a bit. I’ve had the cartridge out and the inlets are clear and supplies are fine. Would this be cartridge struggling to mix? Thanks

Check that the temperature on the hot side is not above 60°C as this sometimes can cause this affect.
