I have a dripping shower head connected to grohe avensys 34032 dual mixing valve

Do I need to replace the control unit in the main body of the shower unit in the wall to cure my dripping shower head this unit is a grohe avensys concealed dual thermostat mixing valve model no 34032

I cannot find 34032 on our system, but this cartridge should solve the dripping problem in most grohe avensys concealed dual thermostat mixing valves.
