Will this fit a Tapmate Vienna-T Mixer Shower? On our thermostat is says 0370 5J 270. Thank you

We received the thermostat, thank you. However, it isn't working. It worked fine for the first 4 showers and now it isn't, the shower isn't getting hot or warm.

Have you taken the thermostat out and tested it as per the video?

As it may not be the thermostat.

We have now tested it as per the video and the thermostat worked. We have put it back in the shower and the shower is working again now. Could it be a faulty thermostat? or maybe not connecting properly/getting stuck, I'm not sure. Do you have any ideas?
We will see how it goes over the next few showers.

Glad to hear that. The hot water temperature may be too hot and washing away the grease from the shuttle etc. It should be no more than 60 degrees C when coming to the shower.
