This question is regarding Grohe Box Spanner 32/34mm - 19332000

Hot and cold water supply pipes the opposite way around

Help please! we have a Grohe 2000 thermostatic shower just installed. It seems out water supply pipes are the wrong way around and we cant regulate the temperature of the water coming from the shower. We have now bought another "canister" which apparently will solve the issue. Unfortunately, to get the other canister out of the valve, we need a Grohe 34mm socket wrench, which I cant seem to obtain in a hurry. Are you abel to help please, I'd be so grateful.

It will take us 3-7 days to get this item in, I would have thought that any 34mm box spanner would do the job.....?
