Replacement Flow Cartridge

Hi there, I hope you might be able to help. I am trying to find a replacement flow cartridge for our shower. Unfortunately, we do not know the model of the shower but have removed the cartridge and have attached a photo below. I have followed the very helpful guide on your website but am struggling to find a match. What I can tell you is the following: Spline teeth total: 24 Thread size; 3/4” Do you have such a part in stock or can you suggest where I may be able to find this? Thank you in advance for you help.

This maybe the one, as you didn't give a spindle length.

If you send a picture of the front of the shower and the insides we maybe able to narrow it down.

The link you sent took me to an electric shower?

The spindle length is approx 48mm

Please could you confirm this valve has 24 teeth on the spline?

We don't try and count the teeth but measure the diameter of the spindle. This should be about 7.5mm

Hello all,
I bought the recommended flow cartridge SVR21 but although the cartridge fits in the valve, it doesn't not control the flow of the water, the spline is also too long and has the wrong amount of teeth on the spline so the handle does not fit on.

I have, however, managed to remove the face plate of the shower so I am now hoping that somebody may recognise this shower valve so I can purchase the correct replacement flow cartridge. (Please see shower valve image)

The recommendation was that you measure the diameter of the spindle. It would also be good to get the length of the spindle so we can check the flow valves that we have in stock.

Hi there,
The diameter of the spindle is 7.5mm and the length is 42mm.

The total length of the cartridge is approx 82mm.

It is an IB MK2A Rubinetterie as far as we can tell.
