This question is regarding Grohe Freehander exposed shower - 27004000

If I purchase your 27004000, do I need a single port valve or dual port? How do you control the hand shower?

The both heads come on simultaneously they are multi function heads and used in the position shown works as a overhead shower the rail can be folded down to the wall and the shower will then work as a body spray.

You only need a single port valve to operate this shower head arrangement however if you are also connecting a shower head with say a hose arrangment then that would require a dual port valve.

You need a minimum pressure of 1bar for this to work correctly ideally you need 2bar.
