This question is regarding Grohe Grohtherm Wireless! 36 022 (Pumped) & 36 023 (High Pressure) Mixer - Shower Spares

Shower Fault

Grohtherm Wireless, Pumped, 45 441 Main Controller, 45 440 Remote. Service 20 keeps coming up on the screen. Shower seems to prime, then just spins up, stops after 5 seconds then shows error code Service 20. Changed Batteries, No change. Turned off power and left for 10 mins, no change. Tried to follow book for reset but dosen't seem to work as it should.

Likely to be a pump fault.

The problem is there are no spares for this as Grohe regard it as a sealed unit, the only option is to replace the complete processing unit.
