Grohe mints 32322 sink mixer

I am interested in the spare part shown as no. 4 in your diagram of this tap you show what I assume is the manufacturers part no. as 46592000.Can you please confirm that this part includes the flexible hose that runs through the tab as well as the fittings on the end.I am assuming it does but would appreciate confirmation before I spend over £100. Thank you
