the white part that sits behind this has broke what is it called and do you have a replacement

I HAVE A BROKEN PART ON MY GROTHERM 2000 CONCEALED SHOWER

WOULD YOU KNOW WHAT ITS CALLED AND DO YOU STOCK REPLACEMENTS

Not sure which shower you have but it looks like it has broken of another component, perhaps part of the thermostatic cartridge? probably need a bit more info regarding shower valve and more exactly where this part was fitted.
