This question is regarding 2.0 Bar Positive Twin Impeller Amazon Brass Positive Heavy Duty Regenerative Shower Pump

pump over heated

Body of pump got very hot and now is not working. What is the likely to cause of this problem? as I am about to order another one. pump only been put in a year and does have a surry flange. Plus 22mm pipe from pump to shower if this help. Many Thanks Tim

The pump should be still under warranty and you should contact Grunfos direct.

Lack of water or too hot water can cause the pump to over heat.
