This question is regarding Sirrus Antique 1500 Series Brass/Chrome Cartridge Assembly (no thermostat)

Parts still stuck in wall fitting

I have unscrewed and removed the bit that is external to the wall , but the majority of the components have not come away and seems firmly stuck, do you please have any advice on how to remove the innards (the pieces I am referreing to are being described at 4.07 in the video when they are being separated , mine have already separated and are left in the wall..)

These parts are only held in with an "O" ring and can just be pulled out.
