Gummers Cart Kit For Bqts1503ecp-1 & B - Skbq1503-973C

Hi. I'm trying to fix a disabled motorised bath, not sure if anybody has attempted to fix it before. It appears to have this cartridge. When I took it apart it appears to be missing the spring. I have attached images of the cartridge unscrewed from the base. Currently the cold flow is bad and the adjustment knob does not move much which causes the water to be too hot. What do you recommend for a fix?
