Hi, I have recently fitted a new unit but cannot get the water to go hotter, I have turned on the water for maximum output and turned the allen key counter clockwise until it stops

These videos in the links below to our youtube channel are for the 1500 shower which is more or less the same idea of this shower valve. Have a watch of them and make sure you have rebuilt the valve correctly and re set the temperature properly.
