Dripping Nova Galaxy Thermostatic Power Shower

Hi there, I've a similar problem with a dripping shower that won't turn off which you suggested in a previous question to use the sirrus service seal kit. In addition, the shower won't turn to full flow despite turning the valve fully open and seems to be stuck a 1/4 open. Will the service kit also cure this or is there another problem? Many thanks.

Yes the seal kit should also solve this, the silicon grease in the valve gets washed away and causes the valve to tighten up there is grease supplied with the kit, so when the seals are fitted and the valve greased this should solve the problem.
