It will probably only need a strip down clean, lube, and fit a seal kit.

You could try replacing the seals on the cartridge assembly, although it isn't a guarantee to cure it, depending how bad the leak is. If the seals don't cure the problem, then you would need to replace the cartridge itself.
Part number for the seal kit is GUM-SK1850-1
Part number for the Cartridge is GUM-SK1850-2.
