NewTeam IKON Shower Spares

I have a NewTeam IKON shower, which, of course, has been discontinued, but it's giving me loads of issues. It seems there is a great deal of friction in the temperature control, and it has caused wear to the inside of the plastic control dial, and sometimes gets stuck on a hot temperature. In trying to fix it, I noticed that the temperature-control dial has fractured radially in several places, so that it no longer forms a tight fit. I have attempted to repair it, but I'm not confident in the repair, and would like to replace it. I also managed to slightly mangle the brass end of the temperature control of the cartridge assembly, so I'm not sure how well it will grip. I have been watching your video on replacing seals using the SK1850-1 seal kit, and I have a few questions: 1) Is it possible to acquire any/all of the plastic parts in the video? I believe the Bristan parts would perfectly adapt to my shower, and solve the problem of the broken dial. 2) Would a seal kit help me, or should I replace the entire cartridge? I wouldn't mind replacing seals, but my worry is that by using pliers on the end of the temperature control to try to work it, I've stripped the grooves a bit, and any new dial wouldn't grip. Thank you!

From your inscription I would have thought you needed a new cartridge however as the handles are now obsolete I think you are going to have to replace the shower.

On the right of the page below are the best replacements.

Thank you for your help. As this is a concealed shower, I'm trying to avoid having to rip out the surrounding tile, which won't be possible to match. I like the look of the Bristan Gummers Stratus Ts1875 shower. Is it possible that some of the spares for it could be used to replace the ones on mine, without having to replace the entire assembly? Is is built on the same cartridge assembly?

Like I mentioned, it isn't the cost so much as the aesthetics I'm worried about. The tile is used throughout the bathroom, which would mean replacing the entire bathroom, or else it would look rubbish.

Bristan say that the above parts are suitable replacements for the handles on your shower.

If you have damaged the spindle of the cartridge you may be better with a new one,
