Showerforce 998-t

I have ordered the seal kit for the above, could somebody advise me how to take the cartridge apart to replace the seals, or is there a guide out there

There is no real difficulty with this valve however it is a little complicated  just take photos as you strip it down you canthen refer to them when you are rebuilding.
