This question is regarding Sirrus/Gummers 1850/968 Series Valve Seal Service Kit with Silicone

I bought one of these a couple of months ago but haven't got around to fitting! Do I need to use every O ring in this kit and also apply silicone grease to every O ring? What about the white plastic rings, do they need grease too?

To carry out the service properly, yes

 

 and also applysilicone grease to every O ring?

 

Yes fit the ‘O’ ring then give it a smear with grease

 

What about the white plastic rings, do they need grease too?

 

Yes

 

The method is to remove one ‘O’ ring at a time match it withthe new one and fit it

The best method for matching the ‘O’ rings is to hang themoff a thin screwdriver
