sirrus1850 dripping and loss of pressure

Hi, I have 2 Sirrus 1850's in my home. One we rarely use and is fine, but the other which we use daily drips despite being turned off. Also, it has gradually lost pressure over time and the pressure is now very tame. We are in a hard water area, not sure if it is scaled up? Any idea how to fix both of these problems please?

A strip down clean lube and fitting a service kit should solve these problems.
