Sirus Antique Dual control TA18501CP-VON

I have bought the seal kit, but I am unable to disamble the unit. I have removed the front knob and the ceramic lever, but I cannot remove flow control. Should the flow control slide out or do I have to remove any screws. I have seen the video on this web sitebut that shows a different model. Any step by step guide on how to disamble the unit will be appreciated.

Depending on the model you have the flow control knob may be held in place by a circlip

However the handle should just ease forward

Try pouring a few kettles of boiling water over it may expand it just enough to help free it off
