Temperature control

Mixer will not deliver fully cold even when temp control is turned fully clockwise. Will the seal kit cure this, or do i need a new wax cylinder? Can I buy a wax cylinder on its own or do I need to buy the whole brass cartridge for £150??

You should test the thermostat first and replace it with the above if it is faulty.
