Cartridge parts

Does this cartridge come with all the springs/ thermostatic parts etc to change? Just taken one out which was stiff and not letting any hot water through, so was gonna replace the cartridge. But the image don't show all the bits that came out?

The cartridge comes just as shown in the image the piston spring and thermostat are separate.
