This question is regarding Sirrus 1850/968 Thermostatic Cartridge without Thermostat - SK1850-2

Manufacturer's warranty

We have had lots of problems with our shower and it looks as if we now need a new cartridge. Would you please confirm if there is any manufacturer's guarantee when fitted DIY? Also, would we need to buy a service kit in addition as it looks as if new o-rings and circlips etc come with the cartridge?

Yes the cartridge comes complete with all the ‘O’ rings etc.

 

It is also guaranteed

 

However because you have asked the question my concern is you may have an underlying problem.

You don’t mention what the problem with your shower is at the moment, perhaps you could send a question to our forum or post a ticket and we will see if we can help you with that, before you get to buying a new cartridge.
