SK1850-2 and Mini Valve / Rio SK971007
I am trying to replace a cartridge for what I believe is a Bristan mixer shower.There are no markings on the shower. I am trying to match the cartridge from the pictures on your website. I ordered a Rio SK971007 as it looked the right cartridge on the website but its too long when fitted. The SK1850-2 looks identical. Can you tell me if this cartridge is smaller in length (the barrel part excluding the thermostat housing and spring)?
Can you send us some photos of your valve and your original cartridge.
