Sirrus 1500 no cold just hot then stops after 10 secs...
do you think it the cartridge not letting the cold flow then stopping the hot as a safety thing.?
I think you have probably ID’d the problem.
However just to do the checks......
Is the valve fitted hot to the left cold to the right?
If it is fitted correctly then I would have it off the wall and check that the inlet filters are clear and that the check valves (if fitted )are not sticking
It may also be worthwhile giving it a strip down, clean, lube and fitting a service kit.
