Tapmate Bath Shower Mixer

The shower mixer has started causing the shower pump to hunt causing the water to stop and start. The platic part in the thermostat has a lug broken off, is this anything to do with the problem.

If there is only one broken lug then this shouldn’t cause the pump to hunt.

The usual things that cause a pump to hint is poor water supply, so can you check the pump and shower inlet filters and make sure that they are clear.

The other possible fault, is faulty flow sensors on the pump
