This question is regarding Hansgrohe Axor Mondaro - Single Lever Bath/Shower Mixer G 1/2 - 06/1997 - 07/2004 - Shower Spares

we have this mixer for bath fill and shower,

the exafill is dripping when shower /tap lever is in off position. Which part do I need to rectify the problem
