Important Information
Does your electric shower intermittently cut the water off?
Does your electric shower have electricity but no water?
Does your electric shower have No water?
Does your electric shower have the Low pressure led ilumintaed?
These are all symptoms of a shower solenoid coil or solenoid valve failure. There are ways to check the solenoid coil, see the video attached below.
You may only need to fit a new solenoid coil however In some cases, you may need the full solenoid valve assembly. This is usually if the shower is still dripping when the shower is off or the solenoid valve is sticking.

This solenoid coil will fit the following models of electric showers listed below -
Mira, Triton, Galaxy, Redring, Gainsborough, Heatrae Sadia, Neptune, Showerforce, Newteam, MX, Dimplex, Watermill and Creda showers. If you are uncertain if the coil will fit your shower, please email or call our sales team , so we can confirm.
Please note that before purchasing any coil, make sure you do not have any leaks above the solenoid valve coil or anywhere else in the shower. This is what often causes the coil to fail, and could cause the newly installed coil to fail.
