This question is regarding Hydra Universal Electric Shower Solenoid Coil (no valve included) - 27600

solinoid??

my shower had an intermitten problem where when turned on would only trickle cold water, with a Low pressure light on. otherwise it worked normally.

it is now a permanent fault. is it likely to be the solenoid coil?

If there is water trickling through then it would tend not to be a solenoid problem, when solenoids fail they tend to just completely shut down.

 

Have you checked that the valves supplying the shower are fully open.
