Triton Entice - Low water pressure
In terms of the water being fed into the shower this actually seems quite strong and having checked the main and local stop valves both are wide open. Elsewhere in the house water pressure is very strong so I don't think the lack of water supply is actually the problem.
I've also checked and cleaned the water inlet filter to the shower and this is clear.
Does this sound like a faulty solenoid to you?
Many thanks in advance!
A rough check isto remove the shower head turn temperature control to fully hot the water comingout of the hose should be a bit more than a dribble then turn to fully cold andit should be coming out at full flow.
If there is not much difference between the two then youcould have a faulty flow valve.
Carry out this check after you check the inlet valves.
Also as it is a Triton have alook at the outlet TCO
Theoutlet Thermal Cut Out this is a black disk with two wires going to it and it ismounted on the out let pipe (The bit between the heating tank and thehose)
Examine theconnections closely if you see any discoloration / signs of overheating then theTCO needs replaced.
