Having come across The Shower Doctor for the first time, I am simply amazed that more retailers do not follow their model. When my electric shower stopped working I thought I was in for a big bill. After a few lessons from The Shower Doctor, and following the advice, I had diagnosed the problem, ordered the spare and fitted it: all within a few days (and I'm no specialist).
