The part works. That's all I can say about it. However...
The really good bit is the service. My shower stopped working. Five minutes with Google led me to Shower Doctor. 15 minutes later I knew what part was likely to be faulty, I knew what instrument I needed to buy to test it (£7.99 from Maplin), I had watched a video showing how to replace it, and I had ordered the new part. It arrived in the post the following morning. Brilliant.
