Really good site thanks

My Triton Jade 2 shower stopped completely, no water no lights on the front. Power supply all ok. water supply pressure also all ok. Time for a head scratch. I saw a remark in the blog about just these symptoms and took a chance and ordered the recommended replacement solenoid. over the bank holiday weekend. Two days later the solenoid arrived . I turned off the power and water, removed the cover. Now this is where the video isn't quite as good as it could be because you have to remove the tank the solenoid mounting and the switch gear above because the plastic moulding obstructs the removal of the solenoid and prevents it simply being slid off until the preceding dismantling has been done.

None of this is a big issue if you are safe to be let out at night. The trick is to make sure you take real care reassembling the parts especially the pressure relief and dont get the ring washer distorted because if you do then it will leak when you turn the water back on. Do not I suggest immediately think the pressure relief has failed - just dismantle and reassemble more carefully next time!

All in all The Shower Doctor gave great service and if they could just get the video to relate to the actual product then that would be just perfect.

THANKS VERY MUCH SHOWER DOCTOR
